| Yes! Prayer makes all the difference! We heard from our Sanctuary Choir this past Sunday that somebody took the time to pray for you and me. Aren’t you glad that somebody prayed for you and that somebody cared enough to take the time? When we say that we believe in the power of prayer, it means that we believe in the wisdom and power of words to bring hope and offer comfort to those who need it most. As we come to the close of Hispanic Heritage Month, this Sunday October 15, we are excited to welcome one of our very own. The Reverend Doctor Michael Diaz, Executive Pastor of Discipleship & Strategy at Cathedral of Hope United Church of Christ in Dallas will join us this week to offer his words of encouragement and hope for Resurrection.
