Final Week of Black History Month
As we enter the final week of Black History Month, we invite you to join us in continuing to celebrate the powerful theme of “Lift Every Voice.” This is a time to honor the voices of our ancestors, amplify the voices of today, and empower the voices of the future. Through music, storytelling, and community action, we will continue to reflect on the resilience, contributions, and legacies of Black leaders, past and present. Join us in this collective journey of remembrance, pride, and progress. We also want to take a moment to celebrate a huge success—our Pride Volunteer Lunch & Learn was an incredible gathering filled with energy and enthusiasm! Thank you to everyone who attended and committed to making our upcoming Pride events a success. There is still time to get involved! If you’re interested in volunteering, email Dominique@resurrectionmcc.org to sign up and be part of something meaningful. Let’s finish Black History Month strong by lifting every voice, standing together, and continuing the work of justice, love, and liberation. We can’t stop, won’t stop—because our voices matter! |
