| Remembering How God Has Worked With Us This coming Sunday, August 20th, we continue our Soul Journey series with Remembering. We are following the soul journey Moses took of Crashing, Naming, Remembering, Practicing, Trusting, and Asking. We will be remembering how God has worked with us and we will also be uniquely lifting the ministry of the late Rev. Vickey Gibbs. I hope you will join us! And next Sunday, August 27th, our Soul Journey work of Practicing will celebrate endings as beginnings and the gifts God gives us for even our daily needs. It does take practice to strengthen our soul individually and together as this body of Christ known as Resurrection. I hope you have been enjoying this series, inspired by the work of Ruth Haley Barton, Strengthening the Soul of Your Leadership: Seeking God in the Crucible of Ministry. The series continues through September 10 with Rev. Denise Junious on September 3rd with Trusting and then welcoming Pastor Candace Shultis on September 10 for Asking. Our Soul Journey work must not end. It is necessary to sustain our Love in Action ministry. I’m finding the journey of Moses to be helpful with my own. How about you? Sitting at the well, Rev.
